Straight from the Miami rock rock rock scene came the Monarcs, a blend of musicians from other groups (Capsule, Tyranny of Shaw) who opted for a different kind of sound. However, before the tours and EPs and even their name came along, it was a secret project between the two founders Eric Hernandez & Manny Navarette. Originally christened I Love You - they changed their name to Monarcs and the rest of their history is to be heard on this release collecting those two "secret" EPs.
